Property Description |
 Paradera Park is an intimate, high quality resort
with Deluxe Studio apartments and
1-bedroom Suites, centrally and conveniently located only a few car
minutes from Oranjestad and the major beaches and with various shops
at walking distance. Our aim is to maintain our resort, gardens and
apartments in a clean and excellent condition offering high quality
accommodation and facilities to our guests at affordable prices.
Paradera Park is locally referred to as the "Tropical Oasis" because
of its lush and tropical gardens in which the apartments
have been set. A wide variety of exotic palms, flowering plants and
shrubs complement and surround the modern and comfortable
apartments. Among these gardens lies our large swimming pool and
spacious pool deck with lounge chairs for the relaxation of our
guests. Various cabanas and hammocks add to the tropical ambiance
and comfort of Paradera Park's guests. |

apartments have a private terrace or balcony, a modern bathroom
(hot and cold water) and
a kitchen with all equipment and utensils such as refrigerator,
microwave-oven, grill/toaster oven, cook top, coffeemaker, cooking
utensils, glassware and cutlery. All apartments have
air-conditioning, ceiling fans, rattan furnishing, direct dial.
Local/international telephone
system, and a complimentary in-room safe for your valuables. There's
nothing left unattended to create comfortable and elegant
accommodations where our guests can feel - as so many repeating
guests do year after year - at home and relax in Paradera Park's
tropical retreat.
Paradera Park offers daily housekeeping (except on
Sundays).
All apartments have a direct dial
local/international telephone system. Wireless high speed (ADSL)
internet can be provided to guests who wish to connect their
notebook to the worldwide web. Fax services can be provided. |

- Check-in time is 15.00 p.m. and check-out time is
12.00 a.m.
- For late check-outs arrangements can be made
subject to apartment availability.
- For your convenience we recommend to use our
Reservation /Information Form when making a reservation.
- You may also phone in or fax your reservation to
us.
- We recommend to make your reservation well in
advance if possible in order to meet all your requirements.
- When making a reservation a deposit of 25% of the
period of stay is required.
- Reservations three (3) nights and more, the
minimum deposit is three (3) nights.
- Reservations less than three (3) nights, the
deposit equals the number of nights booked.
- Payment of balance upon
arrival.
| Cancellation & Refund policy |
If a reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before
confirmed check-in date your deposit
will be refunded with a deduction of US$ 50.00 for administration
charges. Cancellation after this deadline leads to forfeiture of
deposit.
| Driving Directions from the Airport |
- When leaving the airport cross the main road
and follow it to the T-crossing.
- Turn left at T and continue until first traffic light (Marathon
Electronics - Video Store will be on your left)
- Turn right and continue until circle (Valero Gas station will be
on your right)
- Turn right again (you are now on the road leading from
Oranjestad to Paradera)
- Follow the winding road until you hit circle
- Cross this circle and follow the road (Paradera Church will be
on your right) for about four hundred yards until you reach a
small crossing (sign Paradera Park Apartments)
- Turn left at crossing and follow road for about two hundred
yards until you see the sign for Paradera Park Apartments
- Turn left at the sign and you have reached
Paradera Park Apartments!
