The Villas |
|
 Our
World Famous Resort has 31 Private Villas overlooking 400 feet of
white sandy ocean beach just half a mile north of the Marriott Hotel
and enjoys a Spectacular Ocean Sunset view. With Palm trees
surrounded, the Villas have lush tropical gardens of flowering
plants and shrubs and grassy courtyards.
The Veranda overlooking the Ocean has a sandwich shop for lunch and
a Cocktail Bar for late afternoon, and early evening entertainment.

addition to our New Pool, sun deck and Jacuzzi we have a spacious
beach area for lounging to relax and enjoy the warm sunny days, the
ocean sunsets or at night simply gaze at bright starry skies.
We offer a choice of ocean, courtyard and poolside, one and two
bedroom villas.
 All
31 relaxing villas have white tiled floors, tropical fabrics,
kitchenettes, showers, maid service, air conditioning and 34 channel
cable TV. Most have private decks or balconies and charming
courtyards. A delicious complimentary continental breakfast is
served consisting of a variety of fresh fruit, coffee, tea and
juice.
The Villas office lobby has a refreshment bar and an assortment of
local souvenirs and T-shirts. In addition to English our office
staff also speak Dutch, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.

Location |

Aruba Beach Villas are located on the north west
coast in the prestigious area of Malmok facing the beautiful ocean
sunsets. We are only 10 minutes from downtown Oranjestad, the
capital city of Aruba, 2 minutes away from high-rise hotels and only
15 minutes from the new Queen Beatrix International Airport. The
Hi-Rise Hotel area is just half a mile down the beach. Modern buses
stop in front of our Villas every 45 minutes that go all over the
Island. |

Non-Ocean view Villas |
 Ground
floor villas with private entrances offer a variety of bedding
options – twins, doubles (with day beds) or kings. Every room has a
unique layout and decoration, but all include fully equipped
kitchenettes with dinette seating and private baths. Color schemes
reflect Caribbean blues and whites with gleaming tile floors.
All villas open onto our quaint courtyards with brick patios that
lead to our in-ground pool. |

Ocean view Villas |
 Decks
off the front of these villas include outdoor patio seating for
maximum enjoyment of the sunset view and ocean activities. Each room
includes a private bath with kitchenette dining.
Choices of king,
queen or twin beds offer options for couples or groups. White tile
floors, with wicker accessories complement the charm of every villa. |

One Bedroom Villas |
 Each
of these spacious villas offers a bedroom separate from living area
that includes comfortable seating arrangements with day beds and
fully equipped kitchenettes.
A private deck with barbecue overlooks
the beach.

Two Bedroom Villas |
 We
have three two-bedroom villas available for families or larger
groups. These villas can accommodate 4 – 5 people comfortable. Each
villa includes a master bedroom with queen or king size bed and a
second bedroom with two twins.
All villas have one bathroom and a balcony or deck overlooking the
water. Full kitchens include a large refrigerator and dinette
seating. |
